ABOUT ME

1. I have the basic plot ideas for several novel series in my head, and have written several novels that just need to get out of the ruff draft phase.
2. I fully intend to take steps towards my career goals of performing on broadway as soon as they become available.
3. I was 'The Future Star of Tomorrow' on 'Showtime at the Apollo' in 2003.
4. I currently work for the Walt Disney company at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World.
5. I absolutely love the color purple.
6. I am a veritable encyclopedia of useless information at times.
7. I will kick your butt at Disney Trivia.
8. I just know that if I had a million dollars I could solve all my families problems and make it last. No mansion and five cars for this girl!
9. I'm the mod/founder of the Roommates Fans group here on dA. Though I am a very bad mod who forgets to update the journal very often.
10. I don't really think I know enough people on dA in a personal enough sense to be able to pick 8 to tag.
11. I would love to be able to write and draw comics, but I can't draw the same character with any consistency.

QUESTIONS

1. IF YOUR LIFE WAS A BOOK, WHAT GENRE WOULD IT BE?
I would hope fantasy, just because non-fiction is so friggin borning.
2. IF YOU COULD PLAY ANY CHARACTER IN ANY MOVIE OR SHOW, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
If they ever made a movie/show about it, I think it would be fun to play Claire from 'The Morgansville Vampires' It would be a great role because she's smart, cute, has interesting companions, a hot boyfriend, and always gets through on her wits.
Or admittedly it would be cool to play the leading female in a Labyrinth or Princess Bride remake, just because of the arguable awesomeness of the first versions.
3. MAKE UP AN ALTER EGO OF YOURSELF, OR EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE, HOW DO THEY DIFFER FROM YOU?
My online persona of myself is slightly different from me, but not really by all that much. She has a few more piercings than I do, and she has her hair in the cut I'd love to get in real life, but am unsure I could pull off. Admittedly she's also the size I would rather be, the trick is just getting myself to be a good girl and exercise to get there.
4. WHO IS YOUR IDOL AND HOW HAVE THEY INSPIRED YOU?
Can't really think of any one, and I think that the idols I have are kind of self explanatory. JK Rowling, Tamora Peirce, Idena Menzel, and David Hyde Pierce.
5. THINK OF YOUR STYLE OF ART OR WRITING ON DEVIANTART. HOW DO YOU FEEL YOUR STYLE STANDS OUT? WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE AND IS THERE ANY WAY YOU HOPE TO IMPROVE?
Truthfully I don't think there's much about my style that stands out more than any other, but I'd like to improve on my digital painting skills and the consistency of the characters I draw. Perhaps if I started to create things with more consistency I could get myself a following.
6. WHAT WAS THE MOST INTERESTING DREAM YOU'VE HAD LATELY? DESCRIBE IT.
Can't say I remember any interesting dreams I've had lately. I mean, I've had interesting dreams, but any of the more recent ones I've forgotten. The one I can remember though was from a few years ago and I dreamed that I was at my local Renn Faire back in Ohio and some wizard cast a spell that would send the entire Renn Faire back to the kind of mixed period that the faire was supposed to represent. So my mother, who in this dream was a shop keeper for some reason, was sending me out to gather supplies. She told me to even steal them if I had too, because no one would remember these lives after the spell stretched all the way over the faire. So I went out and starting collecting items. This dream was actually a two parter, part two near exactly one year after the first part...now just to get the final installment...
7. IF YOU COULD DO ONE SELFISH THING WITH NO CONSEQUENCES, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Depends on what you mean by selfish and consequences. If I could get the chance to go home for a week without the consequence of losing money, I would jump all over that.
8. IF YOU COULD DO ONE SELFLESS THING WITH NO LIMITS, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I would go out in the world and collect all of the stray and mistreated animals, get them healthy and spay and neuter them. That way they can have new homes, and the amount of animals that would end up stray would decrease dramatically.
9. DO YOU MISS ANYONE OR ANYTHING RIGHT NOW?
I miss my friends and family very much right now. And my cat Pixie passed away on Tuesday, so I miss her very much. I hadn't seen her since October, and I miss her even more now.
10. LOOK UP YOUR FAVORITE FLOWER'S MEANING AND SHARE IT. WHAT DOES IT TELL YOU ABOUT YOURSELF?
Hydrangea mean friendship, devotion and understanding. They can be used for medicinal purposes, and it has been said that it can break curses.  There's also some sources that say it stands for pride. So apparently I have an affinity for the super natural, like to heal people, have a bit of a prideful streak, and I'm a very good friend.
11. THIS LAST ONE IS A FREE-BEE. SAY OR RANT ANYTHING YOU WANT.
